ボストンパブリックガーデンにて。

??「Excuse me.」
シオン「Yes?」
Ms. Baker「Hello! You must be Japanese tourists. And you... Hina? Is that you?」
比奈「Ms. Baker?! Oh, my goodness! I didn't expect to see you here!」
Ms. Baker「Well, it is a beautiful day for a walk in the Public Garden. I knew you were having friends visit. It's lovely to meet you all! I'm Ellen Baker, Hina's temporary teacher here in Boston.」
せりな「あっ、比奈が言ってた先生だ！I'm Serina! Nice to meet you!」
有佐「I'm Arisa. よろしくお願いします。」
シオン「I'm Shion. 比奈がお世話になりました。」

なんと、4人が出会ったのはエレン・ベーカー先生。過去に日本のある中学校にてALTも務めていて、現在は比奈の高校の講師も務めている。

そして比奈は続きを話す。

比奈「Ms. Baker, there is what I have to talk…. I'm actually leaving Boston. I'll be going back to Japan with them, and starting at a new high school in Nagoya next week.」
Ms. Baker「What?! Back to Japan? That's quite a surprise! I'm so sad to see you go, Hina. But I understand. It's important to find the best place to learn and grow. You've been such a dedicated student, and your English has improved so much since you arrived!」
比奈「Thank you so much, Ms. Baker. Your classes helped me a lot.」
シオン「比奈はたった1カ月で、先生に褒められるくらい頑張ってたわけか」
有佐「それでも日本とアメリカの教育の質の違いは明らかだよね……」
せりな「私も比奈の頑張り、ずーっと見てたよ♥」

そしてベーカー先生はシオンたちにアドバイスを与える。

Ms. Baker「Since you're here to visit, let me give you some advice! This park is wonderful, but you should definitely walk the Freedom Trail tomorrow—it's very famous here. And you must try a Boston Cream Pie before you leave!」
せりな「Freedom Trail! Boston Cream Pie!」メモメモ
比奈「Thank you. We're having lunch at Quincy Market after this.」
Ms. Baker「Quincy Market is excellent! Have a wonderful, wonderful time. Enjoy your last few days in Boston, Hina, and please keep in touch! It was a pleasure meeting all of you.」
シオン「Thank you so much, Ms. Baker!」
3人「Goodbye!」

そしてベーカー先生と解散になったあと、あることに気づく。

シオン「あ!!」
有佐「どうしたのシオン?」
シオン「ボストン・レッドソックスとか、野球の話について聞きそびれた」

ベーカー先生はボストン・レッドソックスのファンなのだ。

せりな「穂隆が野球ファンに戻るために役立つ情報が欲しかったなぁ……」
比奈「激しく同意します。ここ最近穂隆が暴言な替え歌で野球ファン辞めたとのことでしたので……」

まだまだボストンツアーは終わらないようである。
